What to do in Moravia-Silesia?

Moravia is also home to several UNESCO monuments. Like the castle and gardens in Kroměříž. The castle and gardens in Kroměříž are well worth a visit. In 1777, the castle served as a residence for the archbishops of Olomouc. In the 17th century, the flower garden was created by Karl II von Liechtenstein-Kastelkorn, who was the bishop of Olomouc. Did you know that Kroměříž used to be the capital of Austria? From 1848 to 1849 it temporarily served as the capital of Austria.

There are many different bicycle paths through which you can follow beautiful routes where you will encounter all kinds of things. In total, there are more than 1200 km of cycling paths in Southern Moravia, where you will pass by vineyards, wine cellars, rivers, forests, hills, castles, cosy villages and cities. The cycle paths are good and the way to go is clearly indicated.
