Is it possible to extend my stay?

A holiday home can be rented for a continuous period of up to 6 months. A holiday home can be rented per day, with a minimum stay, based on the prices and details as mentioned in the online presentation.

Where can I find my booking?

The booking you have made can be found in “My account”. To log in, simply enter the corresponding reservation number or by logging in with your e-mail address and password. All details about the holiday home, such as what is available, are described here. In addition, the payment terms and other conditions can always be found in the account.

How do I book a holiday home?

With a few clicks of a button, your dream holiday has been recorded. Pack your suitcases and it’s time for holiday!

The availability of a holiday home can always be found in the presentation of the relevant home on our website. When you click on the icon +info, the website presentation opens in its entirety.

Then enter the desired period in the “From- to” bar to open the calendar of the house. All green blocks are still available and you can book your holiday by clicking on the correct dates.

Can I change my booking in between?

After booking a holiday home, you can log in on the website with your details. Would you like to stay a bit longer in the holiday home and is it still available? Then that is possible! Extend your stay in a few clicks in the booking overview.

My accommodation

Where can I find the address of my holiday home?

You will receive the address of the holiday home on the travel voucher after full payment. Due to privacy laws we are not allowed to disclose any private information before the booking is completed.

What are the arrival and departure times?

In general, standard arrival and departure times apply to all our properties. The standard arrival time is 16:00 and departure time at 10:00, unless otherwise indicated in the presentation or if otherwise agreed.

How do I get access to the holiday home?

Do I need to pay tourist tax?

It is compulsory to pay tourist tax to the house owner. We do our utmost to include all costs in the price. In some cases, however, it may be necessary to pay this on the spot. The amount to be paid per person differs per municipality. Under the heading “Standard service” you will find the amount applicable to the holiday home.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

All our holiday homes have bed linen and towels provided. Hygiene is very important and for this reason we have chosen to take care of this for every booking. This is done by our local management or by the house owner.

Is the accommodation cleaned before my stay?

All our holiday homes are cleaned. Hygiene is our top priority and for this reason we have chosen to take care of this for every booking. This is done by our local management company or by the home owner.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Whether a deposit is required differs per holiday home. Here too, we do our utmost to avoid loose payments. In some cases a deposit is required in advance. This can be found in the overview of the holiday home.

If a deposit is required and you pay it by credit card, the amount will only be reserved and not debited. Once the booking has been completed successfully, the deposit will be released.

It is also possible to pay the deposit by bank transfer. In this case we aim to return the deposit to you within 7 days of your departure.

Where can I leave a review?

Would you like to share your pleasant experience, tips and comments? We would love to see that! After your stay you will receive an email in which we ask you to write a review about the holiday home and its surroundings. In addition, you can always give us feedback by e-mail.

Prices

What is included in the displayed prices?

Our aim is to keep prices as transparent as possible and therefore to include additional costs. In this way we avoid ambiguity and it is basically not necessary to pay any additional charges on the spot.

But what is included? The website price includes compulsory insurance, booking fees, bed linen, hand towels, final cleaning, tourist tax and heating costs. It may happen that certain holiday homes have additional items, such as a high chair. Should this be the case, it is described in the service overview on the website presentation.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. The prices on the website include VAT.

Payment and cancellation

What are the payment terms?

Throughout the booking process on the website, you can see at a glance what you are paying for and when. Nice to know. As soon as you make a definitive booking, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Always check this immediately. Did something go wrong? Please contact us immediately, we are happy to help. For direct contact, please read the rule below.

If you book more than 8 weeks before arrival, the following payment terms apply:

  • At reservation you pay 30% of the total sum
  • No later than 8 weeks before arrival, you pay the remaining 70% of the total amount + other costs such as insurance

If you book less than 8 weeks before arrival, you pay the full amount immediately.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Insurance

What exactly does the compulsory home contents / liability insurance entail?

The contents and liability insurance are automatically taken out when making a reservation and is therefore mandatory. The insurance means that you are insured for damage up to € 2500. The costs for the insurance are standard € 25 per booking. We ensure a smooth settlement!

Should I close a cancellation insurance?

We recommend that you arrange a cancellation insurance policy through Allianz. This cancellation insurance is taken out during the booking process where the conditions are clearly stated. In addition, all information, including that relating to COVID-19, can be found on the Allianz website. At the moment the cancellation insurance is effectuated through us, we will act code- conditionally.
